P/Strada, LLC was established in 2001 by its owner and CEO, Patrice W. Manuel. Patrice is a retired military officer with over 20 years experience in project management and organizational development. She is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute, has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, a master’s degree in Science Administration and is currently ABD in a Ph.D. in Organizational Management and Leadership Development.
